I grew up baking in my grandma's kitchen and fell in love with it again when I set out to make the world's best chocolate chip cookie in my first apartment in Chicago. Once I did that (prove me wrong), I started my sourdough journey and haven't bought bread from the grocery store since.I'm opening this microbakery so my friends and neighbors can stop eating store-bought bread and always have the best desserts at their parties and events.
